An invitation to a storytelling project about the future of humanity

Hello, my name is Sunhee.

I am a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, trained in past life regression and future life progression, with a background in UX and graphic design.

I know these terms may be unfamiliar. At its simplest, my work uses guided hypnosis and visualization to help people explore their inner narratives, access different perspectives, and gain clarity about their lives and possible futures.

After leaving my role as a Design Manager at BSR, a sustainability consulting organization, after 11 years, I began following a deeper curiosity about consciousness, human potential.

Since then, I have traveled to more than 14 countries, meeting and guiding hundreds of people through gift sessions and documenting their experiences for storytelling projects exploring reincarnation, consciousness, and our inner narratives.

Along the way, I began noticing something. People are deeply concerned about the future.

When I listen to people's stories, I hear uncertainty about AI, climate change, conflict, technology, health, economics, and the direction of humanity. At the same time, I hear a strong desire to contribute, create something meaningful, and make a difference.

In my future visioning sessions, people often find a sense of hope and clarity by connecting with a future version of themselves and experiencing what their lives could become.

This led me to a bigger question:

What if we could explore the future of humanity in the same way?

But as a way of exploring possible scenarios, choices, and consequences.

What might humanity look like in 3–5 years?

What could we understand from a 10-year perspective?

What might our world look like 100 years from now?

And what could a 1,000-year perspective teach us about the choices we are making today?

If we continue along our current trajectories, what possibilities might emerge?

What alternative paths could lead to a more flourishing humanity?

What would our future selves want us to know?

And perhaps most importantly:

Can we use what we learn from these explorations to make different choices today?

A Future Storytelling Project

I am beginning a storytelling and research project exploring these questions through individual and group future visioning sessions.

I will be inviting people from different backgrounds and fields to explore possible futures, including:

• AI and technology

• Spirituality and consciousness

• Finance and economics

• Medicine and health

• Mental health

• Climate and environment

• Geopolitics

• Food and agriculture

• Culture and human relationships

I am interested in hearing from both people working in these fields and people simply wondering about the future.

Each session becomes part of a growing collection of stories.

The goal is not to prove that a particular future will happen.

It is to explore possibilities, imagine alternatives, and listen to the wisdom that may emerge when we look at our lives and humanity from a future perspective.

You can explore your own best possible future while also asking broader questions about humanity, your field, or the world you want to help create.

Your real name will not be published. Personal or identifying details will be changed or omitted. If your story is included in the project, I may use a pseudonym and only general information about your area of expertise or background, with your permission.

The project is being developed as a written collection, with the intention of seeking a publisher in the United States.
